I'm Tamekia, founder of She Deserves a Doula. I've lived the postpartum experience and I know how overwhelming and isolating it can feel, especially when family isn't nearby to help. As a military dependent, I learned firsthand what it means to recover without a built-in support system.
Because I'm certified in both birth and postpartum doula care, I can walk with you through labor, delivery, and the weeks that follow, one familiar face from the first contraction through the fourth trimester.
